BOOKING POLICY

All places are on a first come, first served basis.

If you are booking an event more than 4 weeks in advance a non-refundable 30% deposit is payable on registration to secure your place.

The balance must be paid within 2 weeks of the course date. If you are booking an event less than 2 weeks from the event date then the full fee is payable on registration.

Your participation at the event will only be confirmed once we have received full payment.

Cancellation:
If you cancel in writing at least 2 weeks before the event we will refund the price less the 30% deposit.

No refunds will be given for cancellations within the 2 weeks preceding the event.

 

BOOKING CONFIRMATION & PAYMENT

Please register for the event of your choice by providing all the requested information.

Our team will then contact you to confirm we have received all the necessary details and will then send you an invoice.

Payment must be made either by bank transfer or by cheque.

Under no circumstances will participants be able to attend an event that has not been paid for in full.

If we have not received full payment of the invoice within 2 weeks of the event date, TheTasteLab reserves the right to cancel the registration without notice, meaning that the deposit will be lost.

We would also like to draw your attention to the fact that all places are on a first come, first served basis.

The registration may be transferred to another person from the same company or organization at no extra charge. The Taste Lab reserves the right to cancel a class up to two (2) weeks in advance. If this should occur, we will either postpone the class to a future date or reimburse you for the price of the class. Please note that The Taste Lab reserves the right to cancel this event or to make minor alterations to the content and timing of the programme or to the identity of the trainers.

CANCELLATIONS / CHANGES

TheTasteLab reserves the right to change or cancel a ‘confirmed’ event without notice. While we endeavour to run all events as scheduled, unforeseen circumstances or insufficient participant numbers may lead to an event being cancelled or changed.

If an event is cancelled by TheTasteLab, participants will be issued a full refund. TheTasteLab reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.

 

Other Information:

  • We would ask that you bring your chef’s jacket and cover shoes.

  • TheTasteLab will provide all materials and equipment.

  • Each participant will be provided with an apron.

  • The price includes lunch.
